Multi-purpose kettle for pasteurisation. 15 Litre capacity. Great for cheese and yogurt production in the home. The water temperature can be heated up to nearly 100°C. The temperature of the milk (or liquid inside) up to 90°C. The production time for the pasteurisation of cheese or yogurt can be programmed individually as required.
There is an additional thermometer for temperature control of the medium. Both the inner and out container made from stainless steel for easy sterilisation. Robust 2,8kW heating element, enables temperature to go from 4°C to up to 90°C within 1 and a quarter hours. 230V, it can be plugged straight in with no adapter required. Reset button enables restart if necessary.
