Company Profile
Goat Nutrition started life in 1981 to cater for the needs of goatkeepers and smallholders in the UK. The first product was Caprivite - a vitamin mineral feed supplement which soon became the market leader and remains so today, its long term acceptance and palatabilty well proven. Because GN products were innovative, carefully researched and of the highest quality, the range rapidly expanded to include udder creams, milk replacers, filters, shampoos, louse powders, dairy packaging and much more. 
In 1991 the company relocated its manufacturing plant to its present site in Smarden Kent, doubling its factory size a year later. The range now encompasses a wide spectrum of products: from items for cheese and yogurt production to health and hygiene products such as dairy wet wipes.
We manufacture pasteurisers and other stainless steel vessels to customer specification, from 50 litres up to 500 litres capacity, continuing to improve existing products and designs whilst developing new ones.
A relatively new venture for the company is the range of contract products manufactured exclusively for vets. As an example, our new scrub wipes are ideal for cleaning up and disinfecting , even after the messiest operation...
The GN packaging division of the company contract manufactures, formulates and packs a wide range of products from tapered cartons to a range of poultry products, from racehorse shampoo to specialist products for sachet packing...
Hot foil label printing facilities are available in-house for address and batch codes and this facility is utilised for other personalisation work, printing details on milk cartons, labels, hoppers etc.

The Goat Nutrition factory is situated in the heart of the Kent countryside in the “Garden of England” and has excellent links with continental Europe via the Channel Tunnel. It is close to the motorway network and less than 50 miles from London.
