A mini-beaker mould measuring 50mm inside diameter (base) and 65mm at the top, with a height of 50mm. An economical starter mould, ideal for soft and semi-soft cheeses.

Product Description

We supply a range of cheese moulds that are all manufactured from special 'Dairythene' plastic for easy sterilization.

Each mould is drilled with numerous holes to allow the whey to escape. In production these moulds are usually lined with a cheese cloth prior to filling with curd and set on a cheese mat to ensure complete drainage: this is especially important if the cheese is pressed.

This particular one is known as a mini-beaker mould and is cylindrical but tapered: it measures 2" (50mm) inside diameter at the base and 65mm (2 1/2" inches) at the top, with a height of 50mm (2" inches). This is an economical starter mould, ideal for many types of soft and semi-soft cheeses.
